How can I place a wholesale order?

What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale purchases?
Yes, we have a $200 minimum order for wholesale purchases.
Do you offer custom or personalized products for wholesale order?
We do offer customization on our wholesale orders with a minimum order quantity on each variant.Please contact us on info@thenascent.ca for more information.
Do you have a Catalog?
Yes we do. Please mail us on info@thenascent.ca with your request and details and we will mail you the catalog.
Do you offer samples of your products?
Yes, we offer samples of most of our products to our wholesale customers. The cost of the samples is retail price + shipping cost. The samples are subject to avalibility.
PAYMENT, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. We are committed to providing our customers with a convinient and hassel free shopping exprience, regardless of where they are located.
Shipping is calculated at checkout and shipping cost largely depends on weight and destination.The customer is responsible for any additional customs or duties. We can give you an exact shipping quote before sending the order.
What is your return policy for wholesale orders?
We do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returtns to order as they go directly into processing once the order is placed. We only make a return if the merchandise delivered is damaged.
How long does it takes to ship an order?
We start processing your order as soon as we recieve it. The orders are shipped out within 72hrs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major Credit & Debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American express. We also accept Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will recieve an email with a tracking number and a link to track the package.

CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I make a custom order?
Yes, we do offer customization for our wholesale ordrers. Our custom orders are designed to meet the specific needs of our customers and can include unique tags or branding elements such as logos, colors and other specifications.
Please note that a custom order typically requires a minimum order quanitiy to ensure that our production costs are covered.
How long does a custom order take?
It approximately takes 2 weeks to 3 months in production depending on the product.
Return poicy for a custom order?
Once the order is placed it is final, we can customize it in the next three days.
