Order Minimums

You can place an order on our website with a minimum MOQ of $200. For bulk orders our minimum vary from product to product. Please email us on info@thenascent.ca about your order requirements and we will get back to you.

Payments

We accept payments through intract e transfer, credit cards like Visa, Amex, Mastercard and American Express. We require full payment when order is placed.

Shipping and Insurance

The shipping is borne by the customer, the shipment is calculated at checkout.

Turnaround Time

Orders will be shipped between 3 - 5 working days.

Returns or Damages

Custom merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Pricing

Our wholesale prices are given in Canadian Dollars and are intended for the wholesale trade only.
