Shipping policy
1. Shipping to your city and location?
You would love to know that we at The Nascent believe in spreading as much joy as possible as far as possible, and in light of the same, we courier our goods to every possible place around the world, with joy.
2. When can I expect my order to ship?
We try to dispatch the orders the very next day after receiving it, however, it may vary by 2-3 days if any unforeseen circumstances arise. The orders are dispatched from our Calgary, Canada office from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that, in the event of any delay in shipping and/ or delivery of products due to any act of God, government restrictions, strikes, wars, etc., we shall endeavor our best to get the order delivered to you as soon as possible. 3. How can I track my order?
All orders can be tracked from our courier partner’s website using the AWB
(Airway Bill number) provided to you via email upon receiving your order.
4. Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally. However, for bulk orders, please contact us on info@thenascent.ca or fill our form here
5. Can I cancel or modify my order?
As soon as we receive your order we start working on it. Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel or change it.
6. How many days would my order take to reach me?
It generally takes 2 - 7 working days for delivery to metropolitan and other major cities. It may take up to 2 - 10 working days for orders to be delivered to remoter areas.
7. What if my order is damaged?
We duly care about our customers and do a quality check before dispatching the order. However, in case any of the products reach you in a damaged condition, simply get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the particular product with photographs of the same at info@thenascent.ca and we shall take care of the rest.
Return Policy
Our products can be returned on the following terms:-
• A wrong product has been sent to you and it does not match the order description that you have selected.
• If your product is damaged (Please contact us within 48hours of receiving it on info@thenascent.ca)
• Kindly note that all our products are intricately handmade by local artisans, hence minor variation may be pardoned.
Return Process
Our return policy is applicable for only 7 days from the receipt of the product by you and only for the reasons mentioned hereinabove. To return a product, kindly contact us via email on info@thenascent.ca Please mention the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for return along with photographs of the product. If the product received is damaged, kindly share photographs of the product with us on info@thenascent.ca within 24 hours of receiving it.
Once the return is initiated, we will arrange for a pickup or provide a drop location. Kindly note that, only once we receive the product with all the tags and original packaging intact, we will initiate the transaction after 2 - 5 days post receiving the product.
Please note, in case, upon receiving the products back, if it is noted that the products were used and/ or washed, The Nascent reserves its right to refuse to provide a new product in its place, and the old product shall be couriered back to the customer.
